DATA PROTECTION
Privacy policy
How LionLabs Systems uses personal data, why it is needed and the choices available to users.

Controller and data collected
The controller is Ricard Leon Botella, operating as LionLabs Systems in Blanes, Girona, Spain. Depending on use of the service, LionLabs may process:
- account identity and contact details;
- authentication, session and security records;
- subscription, free-trial, invoicing, Stripe and Google Play purchase-status references;
- one-way protected hashes derived from the email, a first-party random device identifier and the connection IP, used to prevent repeat trials and detect abnormal request frequency;
- encrypted exchange-connection and Telegram configuration;
- bot settings, operational events, orders and diagnostic logs;
- support communications and technical identifiers such as IP address.
Purposes and lawful bases
Data is used to create and secure accounts, provide the contracted service, process subscriptions, execute user-configured automation, send requested notifications, prevent abuse, resolve incidents, measure the trial and onboarding journey, and meet legal obligations. First-party analytics is activated only after the optional choice shown to the visitor. Its database uses keyed one-way identifiers and excludes direct account, contact, IP, wallet and trading identifiers. Once the account is activated, a keyed account digest can associate later onboarding milestones from the portal or app with that opted-in journey; withdrawing the original consent stops future linked measurement. Processing is based on performance of the service contract, legal obligations, legitimate security and service interests, and consent where required.
Recipients and international services
Data is shared only where necessary with infrastructure and service providers such as IONOS, Stripe, Google Play and user-selected integrations. Google Play processes Android purchases and returns subscription status and transaction references to LionLabs; LionLabs does not receive the user's full payment-card details. Hyperliquid and Telegram process data under their own terms when a user connects those services. LionLabs does not sell personal data.
Only if you select the separate optional checkbox on the free-trial request page, a Google Ads tag loads after the invitation request succeeds to measure that conversion. Google may process the conversion event, IP address and browser or ad-click identifiers under its own privacy terms, including possible international transfers. LionLabs does not put your name or email in that event. Leaving the checkbox unchecked does not affect your trial request. LionLabs retains the choice, notice shown, language and time with the invitation record as evidence of consent. You can withdraw it through Privacy settings. See the cookie policy and Google's explanation of its data use.
Retention and security
Data is retained for the active relationship and then for the periods required to handle legal, tax, security and contractual responsibilities. One-way trial-eligibility hashes may be retained while the free-trial programme operates to prevent repeated use; raw device and IP values are not shown in the administration panel, and the hashes are not used to recover the original identifiers. The first-party random device identifier is stored in the browser for up to two years solely for trial eligibility and security. Sensitive connection material is protected on the server and access is restricted. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Users may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where applicable. Account deletion can be requested through the public account-deletion page or from Settings in the Android app. Other requests can be sent to contact@lionlabsystems.com. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
